How to make Chicken Deliciouso

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • chicken ( of choice cut)
  • chicken Liver 1/4 Kilo
  • 1 can Liverspread
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 6 bulbs of onion
  • 2 bulbs of garlic
  • soysauce 3tbsp
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  1. Step 1

    cut onions into small pieces. same goes with your garlic

  2. Step 2

    boil chicken liver till its fully cook. let it warm and smash it with a fork.

  3. Step 3

    deep fry chicken (choice cut) till golden brown. Remove it and let it warm.

  4. Step 4

    fry garlic and onions on 2-3 tbsp of oil on a deep pan then add chicken liver and chicken choice cut.

  5. Step 5

    add 3-4 cups of water then pour 1 can of evaporated milk, 3 tbsp of soysauce and 1 can of liverspread then mix it well and let it boil for 15 minutes.

  6. Step 6

    add small amount of salt n pepper.

  7. Step 7

    let it warm and place it in container and refrigerate it overnight. the following day heat it till boil. then serve it.

Tips & Warnings
  • Putting it in a refrigerator overnight allows the ingredients to settle deeper in the meat.
  • don't put excessive oil.
