Place all dry ingredients and olive oil in a large bowl and blend with a spoon. Place the wings in the mix, and mix it by hand until all of the chicken pieces are coated. Discard any leftover mixture.

    • 3

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray non-stick cooking spray or spread cooking oil on a foil-lined baking sheet.

    • 4

Place the chicken on the sheet. Bake the wings for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn them over and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. The wings are done when no red juices or red fluids are evident.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can cook these ahead of time and reheat for parties. Serve with bleu cheese dressing, celery sticks and have a bottle of Tabasco sauce available for those who want more heat to the flavor. These will go fast. Be prepared to cook more. The aroma and flavor will be unbelievable.

  • Use caution when handling poultry and wash hands, surfaces and all utensils with hot soapy water when done.
