Libra rules the sun from approximately September 23 to October 22. Libra is a masculine, cardinal air sign. That means that Libra is direct, energetic, enterprising, outgoing and communicative. They are also cooperative, fair, intellectual, and sometimes lazy. Above all, Libras are initiators and planners.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Form a bond. Libras need partnership. A single Libra is usually an unhappy person. If your Libra friend is in this position, be prepared to offer a shoulder and ear from time to time.

  2. Step 2

Let Libra plan things. Libra is a master planner and party giver or meeting organizer. Libra may not always understand the depth of things, but they almost always have an excellent grasp of the breadth.

  3. Step 3

Encourage your Libra to make choices. They can become so afraid of making the wrong decision that they'll make no decision at all. The problem is usually that they can see all sides of a situation and from some perspective or another, they're all right in some way. Libra has to accept that a decision usually still has to be made.

  4. Step 4

Encourage Libra to get out and enjoy life. They like to get out, but they'll stay home and watch a movie instead. Get them out and let them kick up their heels. Make sure that the plan includes a good balance of things that everyone involved likes to do, so that Libra knows it's fair and everyone is having fun.

Tips & Warnings
  • Libra is a gentle soul, easily wounded.
  • Don't try to come between Libra and family. They may not agree with, or even like a family member, but they have intense loyalty to their relatives.
