Things You'll Need:

• Ice cubes
• Small bowl or cup

1. Lay the fabric so that the blood stain is over the small container (cup or bowl depending on the size of the stain).

2. Lay several ice cubes over the stain. (After 10 minutes, add a few cubes if needed.)

3. The ice will melt through the fabric and take the blood with it, dripping into the container.

4. Once all the ice has melted, wash and dry in machines as normal.

5. Your stain should be out.
