Have you ever wanted to bake chicken that is so moist and delicious that the meat falls off the bone? I've got the secret to baking the most delicious chicken ever!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • One package drumsticks or thighs
  • shallow baking pan
  • Margarine
  • Minced Garlic
  • Onion Salt
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • saffron
  • tin foil

Step1
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
Step2
While the oven is heating, prepare your chicken.
Rinse chicken thoroughly with warm water - make sure to cut off any extra fat.
Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towel and place in a shallow pan. Lightly salt and pepper.
Step3
Melt one stick of margarine in a small bowl.
When this is melted, add seasonings directly to melted margarine. What you add to the mix is entirely up to you but key ingredients should be salt, pepper. I use minced garlic and onion salt.
Make sure there are enough seasonings so that they settle to the bottom of the bowl.
Step4
Use a cooking brush to spread the melted margarine/seasoning mix over each piece of chicken. Make sure you get all the seasonings that have settled at the bottom. Each piece should be dripping with margarine. After this is completed, I sprinkle saffron or parsley over each piece. This gives a really decorative look to your chicken.
Step5
Here's the secret - Bake in oven at 425 degrees. Remove after just 20-30 minutes. Turn oven temperature down to 325 degrees. Cover pan with heavy tin-foil.
Step6
Finish baking for 1 hour or until you can see the bone on your drumsticks.

Tips & Warnings

  • No more dry chicken!
  • This is the most delicious, moist, mouthwatering chicken.
