Have you ever been stuck in a job you just hated? We all have had jobs we did not like, and quite often when we finally realize that we can easily go out and find another one, we typically begin to wonder why we still go to that job we dislike so much. Sometimes getting fired is a good thing, because it forces us out of a bad situation and into a potentially better one. Get fired quickly by adhering to these steps.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Always show up late. This is the most sure-fire way to lose your job in a hurry.

  2. Step 2

Never attend meetings. Most companies are very strict when it comes to mandatory meetings. Blow them off and express to your supervisor that you just don’t care.

  3. Step 3

Submit your workload late. Most often your performance is always being monitored at the workplace. Submit poor quality work late and often--see how long you last.

  4. Step 4

Make sure to tell your boss often that they do not pay you enough. Most employers will get angry if they are told that they do not pay enough, as labor is usually their highest cost. Express this often and they will replace you.

Tips & Warnings
  • Most companies have a 3-strike policy--show up late too many times and you will easily get fired.
  • You had better have another job waiting or you may be scrambling for cash.
