    Valentine's Brownies

Bake brownies according to directions on box (not cake like).Roll sugar cookie dough out. Place Valentine's cookie cutters on top of sugar cookie dough and brownies then cut out shapes. Bake sugar cookies. When cool, decorate both with red and pink frosting tubes.

  3. Step 3

Make sandwiches. Layer sliced meat and cheese in between two pieces of bread, then cut crust off and cut into 4 triangles.

  4. Step 4

Arrange table. Put your place settings of fancy dishes, silverware and napkins(or cute disposable Valentines Day plates, cups, napkins and silverware) on table. Arrange brownies, cookies, sandwiches, veggies and dip on plates then set around the tea pot in the middle of table.

  5. Step 5

When guests arrive start hot water for tea. Follow directions on package. You can offer each person their own tea or make a whole pot. When everyone is seated serve tea, food and Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • Typically at a tea party one person serves everyone else called "Mother"
  • This is a good time for little girls to practice table manors.
  • Light music will help the atmosphere.
  • If you grease the pan for the brownies they come out easier.
  • If you don't want to use your fancy plates for fear of them getting broken by little girls, or you don't have a set, go to the Thrift Store. You can usually get a whole set of China for $10
  • If you don't have Valentines cookie cutters you can cut a big heart out with out with a knife.
