Things You'll Need:
- BT4 Paintball marker
- 1/8 Hex wrench
- toilet paper
- Paintball gun oil
- Co2 or HPA or Nitrogen tank with air so you can test it
- Barrel sock for safety!!!

Step 1
Twist off the barrel and set it aside.

Push the feed elbow latch on the feed elbow and slide the feed elbow (feed neck) off of the gun towards the front of the gun.

Twist the front grip bolt so that the front grip slides off towards the front of the gun.

Step 4
Use a 1/8” hex wrench to loosen the long receiver bolt which holds the right and left rear sights together. Slide the rear sights off of the gun towards the back of the gun.

Use the 1/8” hex wrench and remove all of the short receiver bolts (frame screws) so that the hand grip/ trigger mechanism separates from the main frame of the gun.

Step 6
Separate the handgrip away from the main frame

remove the short receiver bolt that was hidden by the handgrip, then the clamshell main frame of the gun should be able to split.

Step 8
Carefully remove the back end-cap which is the black piece towards the back in of the gun by pushing it forward while lifting up so that the tension of the spring does not launch anything.

Remove the spring and the o-ring (Shock absorbing o-ring) that is around the spring as well as the drive spring guide which is the metal pin that is keeping the spring from bending located at the back of the gun.

Pull out the Bolt Handle

Pull out the linking arm

Step 12
Pull out the rear bolt and pull the bolt plug out of the rear bolt.

Pull the Front bolt back so you can pull the Barrel adaptor off of the front of the gun and then pull off the front bolt.

Take the ball detent and the expansion chamber plug out of the frame of the gun.

Step 15
Flip the right frame over and unscrew the two valve screws out with your 1/8” hex wrench and remove the power tube.

Step 16
Use toilet paper and wipe down every piece of the gun

Put a drop of paintball gun oil on each o-ring on the front and back bolts. Use toilet paper to get the excess oil off of the o-rings.

Step 18
Place the Power-tube in its original position and screw in the two valve screws with your 1/8” hex wrench to secure the power-tube in place.

Step 19
Slide the front bolt back in its place on the power-tube.

Step 20
Put the Barrel adaptor back in its place and twist it so that it locks into place.

Step 21
Insert the bolt plug into the rear bolt so that the holes on the sides align.

Place the Rear bolt in its place behind the power-tube

Step 23
Connect the linking arm between the front bolt and the rear bolt.

Step 24
Insert the bolt handle to where the hole in side of the bolt handle lines up with the hole in the bolt plug and then insert the spring so it will stay in place.

Step 25
Make sure the spring guide is on the inside of the spring facing the back of the gun so the spring does not bend.

Put the Shock absorbing o-ring back around the spring.

Place the back end-cap to where the back of the spring inserts the hold in the middle of the end-cap and insert it into its place at the back of the gun.

Place the ball detent and the expansion chamber plug back in their places.

Step 29
Place the other clam-shell on the gun and install the short receiver bolt which was hidden by the grip frame.

Step 30
Put the grip frame back into its place and install the rest of the receiver bolts.

Step 31
When the gun is completely put back together, drop 3 drops of oil in the ASA and fire the gun 10 times with the barrel off. This will distribute the oil to all the moving parts of the gun.

Put the Barrel (with barrel sock for safety), site, and fore grip back on the gun and you are finished.
