I lay in bed. My front lawn was now ready for new seed after the work I'd single-handedly done that day. But the pain in my arms was so excruciating that I would cry if I had to move them. Without intervention, I could expect for my arms to hurt badly for the next week. Instead, the pain subsided about midnight. The next day they hardly hurt at all. Miraculous? I'd say yes if I didn't know the secret. Now you can know it, too.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • homeopathic Arnica Oil
  • homeopathic Arnica Montana 30C or 200C

Step1
I place 1-3 pellets Arnica Montana under the tongue. Drinking 15 minutes before or after lessens or nullifies the effect. Arnica Montana 30C is good for minor to moderate pain, 200C for really unbearable pain. Every hour I take more until improvement is noticed. Then three times a day until better.
Step2
Rubbing Arnica Oil on the effected muscles every 15 minutes until improvement is noticed helps a lot. Then three times a day until pain is gone.
Step3
This regimen works for any kind of sore muscles in my family. So if you're planning on seeding your front lawn or splitting a cord of wood or running a marathon, be sure to have some on hand.
