Things You'll Need:
- 6 potatoes
- 1 cup veg. oil
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions.
- 1 16oz. container sour cream
- sea salt & garlic pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 and lightly grease a 9X13" baking pan.

potatoesPierce potatoes with a fork and microwave on high until they are tender.
approx. 10 minutes -
Step 3
Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the insides, leaving 1/4" of the potato inside the shell.

Heat the oil to 365 inside the deep fryer and fry the potatoes in the oil for five minutes, after wards drain on paper towels.

sour creamSeason your potato skins with the salt & garlic pepper then fill them with the cheese, onions, and bacon. And then bake for 7 minutes or until the cheese melts & serve with sour cream
