Many of problems of sleepers today is the amount of thinking and stress before going to sleep. One way to minimize this is to find a way to let go of the work day and all the stressors in your life at least 2 hours before you go to bed at night. Watch a movie, read a book, or find your own favorite way.

Avoid the late night meals to avoid putting energy in your body when its at the time where it needs the least.
Step3
and last but not least avoid medicine and drugs like caffine, cigarettes and other stimulants and you should notice a big difference in a short amount of time.
