Instructions

1. Uninstall unwanted programs/software and programs/software you never or rarely use.

2. If step one doesn't work, when starting up computer hit the corresponding key that it says. ex) F8 or something like that. And then once in safe mode try and uninstall programs and run your security/virus scan.

3. You can also go into your computers start menu, then click on control panel. In your computer's control panel there should be a system and maintenance section to go into. There you will find all kinds of tools to clean up your hard drive. There should also be a program where your computer is able to tell you which programs/software you use the least and you can get rid of. In Dell computers there is a program that will clean your computers hard drive for you as well.
