If anyone can tell me what cause the strange color- bonus points. but I don't care- they taste great and the color, although strange is beautiful.

It is not always essential to know what it is you are doing before you do it, but what the heck I tell you anyway. "Weggs" are my favorite breakfast dish. They are eggs cooked with wine are other special ingredients.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Fresh eggs, frying pan with lid, olive oil, garlic, onion, hot sauce, sage, spinach and toast.
  1. Step 1

chop garlic, onions and spinach- keep separate.

  2. Step 2

Heat pan on medium heat, add olive oil

  3. Step 3

throw in galic and onions, stir til golden brown. Throw toast in the toaster.

  4. Step 4

pick up an egg in each, crack them simultaneously on forehead, open and drop into pan -gentely.

  5. Step 5

pour about and eighth of a cup of good red wine- like a pinot, nothing sweet- into the pan. Let it splah on the eggs- you' ll like the pretty colors it makes, or you'll be freaked out - either way its cool! Squirt in some hot sauce on and a pinch of sage. Put the spinach around , not on the eggs. Cover with lid. Done in 1-2 minutes.

Tips & Warnings
  • This whole process should take less than 7 minutes from start to finish onece you get the hang of it.
  • Dont worry ;I will do a ehow on cracking egg in one hand!
  • never cook with oil naked.
  • crack eggs on forehead not your eye.
