Things You'll Need:
- Medium Mixing bowl
- 2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup chopped apple (pink lady or gala)
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- ¼ tsp dill leaves, crushed
- ¼ tsp lemon zest
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 16 oz brown bread or lightly toasted english muffins
- 8 thin apple wedges
- 8 pecan or walnut halves
