  • a medium mixing bowl
  • Pam non-stick food spray
  • 3-qt baking dish or a 13x9 dish
  • 1 (10-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10-oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (6-oz) can sliced black olives
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10-oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15-oz) can corn, drained or frozen corn, thawed
  • 2 dashes of Tabasco sauce
  • 6 large flour tortillas, cut into strips
  • 5 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  1. Step 1

    The first step in cooking chicken tortilla casserole with this recipe is to combine soups and sour cream in a medium bowl and mix well.

  2. Step 2

    The next step in making chicken tortilla casserole with this recipe is to add the olives, onion, tomatoes, black beans, corn and Tabasco, and mix well.

  3. Step 3

    Then, spray the 3-qt baking dish or a 13x9 dish with Pam.

  4. Step 4

    Spread a small amount of the mixture over the bottom of the dish.

  5. Step 5

    Arrange a layer of tortilla strips over the sauce, then a layer of chicken over the tortilla strips.
