Things You'll Need:
- a medium mixing bowl
- Pam non-stick food spray
- 3-qt baking dish or a 13x9 dish
- 1 (10-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (6-oz) can sliced black olives
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10-oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15-oz) can corn, drained or frozen corn, thawed
- 2 dashes of Tabasco sauce
- 6 large flour tortillas, cut into strips
- 5 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
