Step 1
Would you be a great benefit to this organization? How?
For this question you must research a few things. You have to have your number one key strength memorized. What’s that one thing that you’re good that sets you apart from everyone else? Another thing that you have to research is the company. Where are they going in the future? And the most important is the job description. Read this carefully and see where your strengths and the description intersect and then say that in the interview. -
Step 2
What would your dream job be like?
My answer: “My perfect job would be one that I can really help grow the company. I get the chance to work with other great talented people and I get to help mentor those around. Challenge is also very important for me. I love accomplishing things and taking them to the next level.” That was vague, but you can feel the passion in the answer. That’s the most important part. -
Step 3
What don't you like about your coworkers?
I think you can a few examples here where something irritated you and then you went ahead and had a meeting with the co-worker and you both resolved it and you’re better friends today because of it. -
Step 4
What is most important to you: the money or your work?
Don’t be all about the money. You have to believe that you’re a talented person and you get the money anywhere. You work for the place that gives you challenge and makes you happy. You don’t have to say that though. I’d say that “Money is important, but I really work challenge and what I’m passionate about which is helping the people around me, our customers, our team, etc. Everything else is really secondary.” This what every company wants in a person.
