Step 1
Wash and dry your face thoroughly. Use a light facial soap and pat your face dry.
-
Step 2
Choose an under eye makeup that has a yellow tone. The yellow tone neutralizes the bluish color that dark circles tend to have.
-
Step 3
Massage a little bit of under eye makeup under each eye. Gently rub it in, and make sure you apply it evenly.
-
Step 4
Apply a concealer. Make sure the concealer is the same color as your skin tone. Otherwise, it will look funny and be very noticeable. The concealer will also help to cover up the dark under eye circles.
-
Step 5
Put on the rest of your eye makeup. You should always apply your under eye makeup first.
-
Step 6
Check your eyes in the mirror. Make sure your under eye makeup appears even and it not visible. If it is visible, you may need to rub it in better.
