The running man is a dance that was made popular by MC Hammer and Britney Spears. To do the running man dance, move your legs as if you were running. Follow these steps to move your arms correctly when doing the running man dance.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Stretch your arms out in front of you. They should be parallel to the floor.

  2. Step 2

Clench your fists. They shouldn't be clenched too tightly, but they should be tight enough to make it look like you're running.

  3. Step 3

Bring your hands to your chest, bending your arms as you do so. Push your arms back out in a pumping motion. Continue this process in time with the music.

  4. Step 4

Move your body so your arms and legs move at the same time. Once you get it down, you can say you've successfully done the running man dance.
