Orlando, located in central Florida, is one of America's foremost family vacation destinations. There are many amusement parks including Disney World, Wet 'n Wild and Sea World, as well as other attractions like ballooning, golf and outdoor recreation. See and do all of this and more during a visit to Orlando.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate
Step1
Know that almost any time of year is fine for a visit to Orlando. Though summer months can be hot, the weather is suitable for most Orlando activities all year round.
Step2
Spend some time in Disney World. With so much to do, you can find new discoveries each day, no matter how long your stay. Each park within Disney World is unique, including Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot Center and MGM Studios.
Step3
Check out Discovery Cove, an enchanting park dedicated to life underwater. Don a wetsuit and swim with tropical fish, sharks and sting rays, feed exotic birds and relax on pristine sandy beaches. Add an awe-inspiring swim with the dolphins, which is sure to be the highlight of your day.
Step4
Check out other parks such as Busch Gardens and Universal Studios. Both themed parks can be a nice change of pace, especially if you've already seen Disney.
Step5
Play some golf. Some say that golf in Orlando is America's ultimate theme park. With some of the top greens in the country and weather great for taking in the sport, Orlando offers numerous venues to work on your swing.
Step6
Hit the beach. Orlando isn't all roller coasters and costumed characters—there are also beautiful nature, scenic highways and miles of beach to explore during a visit. Relax on the shores with the soothing oceanic sounds in your ears.
