Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Veil
  • Tiara
  • Bobby pins
  1. Step 1

Hold the comb upside down with the teeth of the comb angled towards the front of your head. Keep all the tulle from the veil pulled backwards and out of the way.

  2. Step 2

Push the comb into your hair and then rotate it backwards so the concave part of the comb is now facing downwards.

  3. Step 3

Slide the comb into your hair until it feels secure. Smooth out the tulle on the veil. If you're wearing part of the veil over your face, make sure the blusher, the shorter tulle layer, lays out nicely on top.

  4. Step 4

Insert your tiara in front of the veil at a 45 degree angle. Adjust the tiara backwards toward the veil eliminating any gap between the two.

  5. Step 5

Secure the ends of the tiara with bobby pins. Cover the plain metal bands of the tiara with your hair. The only visible part of the veil should be the embellishment.

Tips & Warnings
  • Wearing a veil and a tiara separately is advantageous because it allows you to remove the veil after the wedding pictures and ceremony.
  • Take your veil and tiara with you to all of your hair appointments. This will help you and your stylist decide on the most appropriate hairstyle.
