Step1
Locate the battery compartment on your drip irrigation timer before connecting it to the system. Install the required size and amount of batteries and secure the door.
Step2
Attach the faucet joint adapter to the end of the faucet and turn counterclockwise until tight. Do not over tighten or use a wrench; hand-tighten only.
Step3
Connect the irrigation system to the outlet at the base of the timer and hand-tighten.
Step4
Open the top cover of the timer and set the time selector to the appropriate irrigation duration.
Step5
Set the cycle time selector to the time of day you wish to water your plants. Refer to a gardening guide for advice on appropriate watering times for different garden plants.
Step6
Press the start switch and close the timer cover. The timer is now set to come on and will begin watering at the set cycle time.
