Exorcise that flab

You can turn your abdominal muscles into six pack abs with a combination of diet and exercise. Abdominal machines can also be a valuable tool to help keep you on track, but you will have to do the work.

    Instructions

Buy a Swiss ball, also known as a stability or medicine ball. This is probably the best piece of abdominal equipment you can own because it allows you to do a full range of abdominal exercises that work different groups of abdominal muscles. If you own another type of abdominal equipment you might still want to buy one to supplement your workout.

Use your machine every other day, increasing repetitions when you feel like you are able to. Make sure that you follow the instructions that came with your machine, and stop for the day when you get tired and start using your arms or back rather than your abdominal muscles.

Schedule your workouts in your daily planner or calendar and make every effort not to miss them. Most of us lead very busy lives and skipping your exercise routine might seem like a good idea when your day gets packed. But six pack abs only happen when you work at it consistently.

    Tips & Warnings

    • Watch your diet. If you are overweight, eat fewer calories than you burn. Even if you are thin, eating less junk food, consuming more fiber and drinking a lot of water will help you get six pack abs.

This is going to sound sarcastic, but pull them in. Most times the problem is people simply do not engage their lower ab muscles, so like I said try just pulling them in while exercising or even while relaxing.
