1
Buy a diploma frame that matches the school colors. If you can't find a frame with all the colors, use spray paint and painter's tape to paint the other colors around the frame.
-
2
Decoupage copies of photographs, school papers, acceptance letters, grade reports, letters of recommendation or any other important memory from school. Make sure you use copies so you can cut out the parts you need without ruining the originals.

3
Get a wide, white diploma frame and lots of different colored permanent markers. Have people personalize the diploma frame with best wishes, their names or memories from school.
-
4
Mount the tassel on the diploma frame. Personalize the frame by engraving the graduate's name and graduation date on the bottom.
-
5
Order a lithograph frame from a specialty store. Choose frames with a picture of the university on top and a spot for the diploma on the bottom. You can personalize them further by mounting the tassel on the side.

Practice decoupage before you try it on the frame. If you've never done it before, find someone who has so the frame looks more professional.
