How to Walk on Your Hands
Walking on your hands is something we've all wondered since we were little. Some people have mastered the sport, while others have a lot of training to do. Walking on your hands is easier than you might think. But it does require a lot of practice to get the upper body strength needed for this workout.

1
Find a flat surface. It's also best if you do this where you'll have a soft landing. Pick a place with soft grass or you can even do this at the gym on a mat.
-
2
Designate a spotter. This person should be nearby to provide help if you need it.
-
-
3
Do a handstand. Raise your arms up over your head with your hands about shoulder-width apart. Take one step forward and then bend your body to put your hands on the ground and your feet in the air.
-
4
Keep your feet together and your toes pointed to help you keep your balance. This also might be easier if you're not wearing shoes.
-
5
Place one hand in front of the other and walk on your hands. Your spotter should be close to make sure you don't run into anything or knock anything over. However, your spotter shouldn't be so close that he gets in your way.

6
Build upper body strength to walk on your hands longer. You can do any kind of upper body strength training, or you can keep practicing your handstands. Some people even do push-ups while in the handstand position to help strengthen the muscles in your arms and chest.
