- 10 large blooming flowers
- 8 flower buds
- 18 small flowers

Step 1
Choose the flowers for your bouquet. In Victorian days, flowers had special meanings. You can use flowers that stand for love, marital happiness and lasting pleasure by including roses, stephanotis and sweet peas in your bouquet.

Step 2
Prepare two bows. Use the 1 1/2 inch ribbon to make a 10-loop bow and the 1 inch ribbon to make a 12 loop bow. Set both bows aside to use later.

Cut the remaining ribbon to the following lengths. You will need six 8-inch pieces of 5/8 inch ribbon, four 7 foot pieces of 5/8 inch ribbon and nine 7-foot pieces of 3/8 inch ribbon.

Make a loop by folding each 8 inch piece of 5/8 ribbon in half, and use an 8 inch piece of floral wire to join 2 loops together. Wrap with floral tape to hide the wire. Repeat with remaining loops.

Fold all the 7 foot ribbon pieces in half. Use an 8 inch piece of floral wire to join them together in the middle. Tie overhand knots at 1 foot intervals on half of the ribbons and at 1 1/2 foot intervals on the others. Set aside.

Step 1
Wire the large blooming flowers and the buds for your love knot wedding bouquet to eight-inch pieces the floral wire. Use the floral tape to wrap the wire.

Group all your flowers and buds together and loosely wrap the stems with wire. Insert the smallest flowers into the wire wrap. Tuck the loop wires from Section 1, Step 5 into the bouquet's center.

Step 3
Insert the wire holding the knotted ribbons into the bottom of bouquet, allowing the to trail gracefully below the flowers. Wrap all the individual wires with floral wire, this will be your handle.

Step 4
Attach the two bows from Step 3 to the bouquet handle with the remaining floral wire. Wrap the handle with the 7/8 inch ribbon to hide the wires and complete your love knot wedding bouquet.
