Even in the winter you can sport a summery, bronzed glow using a bronzer. Besides, suntanning has been linked to certain skin cancers and is not the best action for your health. Here's how to achieve that summertime glow within hours by using bronzer on your face and body.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Bronzer
  • Loofah
  1. Step 1

Exfoliate and remove all dead skin cells from arms, legs, chest, face and in all areas where the bronzer will be applied. You can accomplish this by using a loofah sponge in the shower.

  2. Step 2

Choose a bronzer that matches your current skin tone. A bronzer that includes a sunless tanner typically comes in a choice of shades and will provide an instant bronze glow, plus a tan that will develop even after you wash the next time.

  3. Step 3

Apply bronzer where the sun naturally hits, such as the tops of your arms, shoulders, chest, legs and on the face--the forehead, bridge of the nose, cheeks, chin and neck.

  4. Step 4

Sculpt your leg muscles by putting more bronzer right where the calf muscle starts, to define the leg. Also, adding more bronzer between the décolletage will give depth to and enhance your girly assets.

  5. Step 5

Allow the bronzer to dry before dressing.

Tips & Warnings
  • Be careful not to use too much bronzer around the knees, elbows, fingers and toes. This may dry and look unnatural if there is too much product concentrated in these areas.
