Step 1
Start juggling the ball with your feet. Stay controlled. Don't let the ball drift away from you or to either side of your body.

Step 2
Kick the ball into the air using the bottom joint of your right foot's big toe. Aim your kick so that the ball will land on the top of your left foot, which should be planted on the ground.

Step 3
Swing your right foot over the ball as it falls toward your left foot.

Step 4
Lift the end of your left shoe quickly off of the ground and tap the ball with your toe. Keep your heel on the ground as you kick the ball.

Step 5
Finish swinging your right leg around the ball by circling underneath it.

Step 6
Strike the ball with your right foot to resume juggling.
