While designing a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation, you may have to create a hidden slide to enhance your presentation. Hidden slides remain unseen during your presentation unless you select them to reveal additional information. It's a simple process to display the slides when you need them.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • PowerPoint 2007

Step1
Proceed through your presentation normally, whether you are running slides on a timer or manually going from slide to slide. You can display hidden slides at any point during the presentation.
Step2
Right-click with your mouse anywhere on a slide to bring up the PowerPoint shortcut menu.
Step3
Select the submenu "Go to Slide." This will display the titles of each slide in the presentation. A slide number enclosed in parenthesis indicates a hidden slide. Click on the hidden slide you wish to display.
Step4
When you're finished with the hidden slide, right-click on it and select "Last Viewed" to return to the last slide you have viewed.
