Instructions

    • 1

Combine 1/2 cup of sweet almond oil, 1/2 cup of distilled water and 1 tbsp. of liquid lecithin in a blender. Sweet almond oil is the perfect carrier oil for making natural body lotions as it is light and absorbs quickly into the skin. This natural oil has a light, nutty aroma and it can reduce fine lines and wrinkles, increase skin elasticity and protect the delicate outer skin layers.

    • 2

Squeeze the oil from four 400 IU vitamin E capsules into your natural body lotion mix. Vitamin E protects and heals the skin, making it a valuable addition to any skin care product.

    • 3

Add 10 drops of vanilla essential oil to the blender. Blend the ingredients on "whip," or "cream" until you have reached an even consistency. Carefully pour the ingredients into a bottle with a tight fitting lid.

    • 4

Store your natural almond oil lotion in the refrigerator to extend the shelf life. Shake the bottle well before each use and apply daily for beautiful, moisturized skin.
