        Begin a liquid diet at the onset of cystitis, particularly if your symptoms are accompanied by a fever. You should only take in water, fresh coconut water, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, herbal medicines and teas for 2 to 4 days.

        Include spinach and radish juice in your raw fruit and vegetable juice diet. You should drink at least one cup of radish juice made with leaves and all every day until your symptoms subside. You should also take 3 to 6 oz. of fresh spinach juice daily to help aid comfortable urination.

        Mix 1 cup of fresh cucumber juice with 1 tbsp. of raw honey and 1 tbsp. of fresh lemon or lime juice. Cucumber is a natural and gentle diuretic, helping in elimination, while honey, lemon and lime are natural antibacterial agents that will help to eliminate the cause of cystitis. This healing juice should be taken at least three times a day until your symptoms subside.
