1
Decide what you would like to collect. Perhaps your co-workers or others have already started your collection by bringing you magnets from their trips.
-
2
Buy magnets when traveling. This is always a fun way to remember your vacation. Pictures are nice; but magnets keep your memories alive.
-
3
Swap refrigerator magnets. There are clubs--one is in the resource section--where you can swap magnets. This will help you make your magnet collection seem larger than it is.
-
4
Collect different shaped magnets. You can find round magnets, square magnets, oval magnets and even 3-D magnets.
-
5
Use your magnets to hold up timely cards, papers, posters and artwork that you need today but not necessarily tomorrow--such as an invitation to a party.
-
6
Purchase a magnetic chalkboard to display those magnets that won't fit on your refrigerator. Another way to display your magnets is on a metal cabinet in your office.
