Instructions

    • 1

Measure 10 tsp. of grapeseed oil into a glass bowl. There are many carrier oils to choose from, all with different healing qualities; however, grapeseed has relatively no scent and is widely available. It is important to use glass and metal utensils when making massage oils, as plastic and wood are too absorptive and can contaminate your delicate oils.

    • 2

Add 7 drops of patchouli, 4 drops of jasmine and 2 drops of rose essential oil. Patchouli, the main ingredient in your massage oil is known for its calming and comforting effects. Patchouli not only helps you to relax, it is thought to have anti-aging properties, helping to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and promote elasticity of the skin.

    • 3

Pour the ingredients carefully into a dark glass bottle. Protect your work surface from spills, as essential oils can damage delicate surfaces.

    • 4

Keep your massage oil in a safe, dark and cool location out of reach of children.
