Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Discover the ACE (Achieve, Certify, Educate) Coaching Certification Program to coach for the Amateur Softball Association. Know that it's a new program designed for all-level softball coaching. Be recognized as being certified by a national softball organization.

  2. Step 2

    Complete the ACE program and be ready to coach a youth team. Attend the ACE Coach Certification Clinic. Learn about coaching, sign a code of ethics agreement and watch a training video.

  3. Step 3

    Learn about First Aid, Sport Specific Skills, Principles of Coaching, Legal Issues in Sports, Coach/Umpire Relations and Practice Organization to coach for the Amateur Softball Association.

  4. Step 4

    Take a test on the information learned. Pass the ACE certification test and receive your certificate to coach for the Amateur Softball Association.

  5. Step 5

    Enjoy the ACE membership benefits. Receive a copy of the ACE Coaching Manual, get a membership/I.D. card, obtain liability insurance and enjoy discounts on ASA training tapes and other merchandise.

  6. Step 6
