Step2
Design the way that you want the invoicing information displayed. A standard invoicing form is going to give your information first, followed by the client's information and then payment information at the bottom of the form.
Step3
Put in your information. Start by writing your business name and contact information for your company.
Step4
Fill in the client's information. The client's information should also be included in your online invoice.
Step5
Type the itemizations into the appropriate section. To list the itemizations, put in the date, description and cost of each item or service that you have provided to the client.

Give any additional details. You may also wish to include the date that you request remittance and any account numbers that they should reference to during correspondence.
Step7
Preview the online invoice and then send it. Once you finish designing your online invoice, preview it and then print it. Mail it out to the client or send an e-mail with the invoice attached.
