Experimenting with new sexual positions is a great way to spice up the romance with your partner. While certain positions feel like they require a background in acrobatics, others seem more naturally comfortable, like the T-square. Here's how to perform it next time you have sex.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 2 people
Step1
Lie on your back with your legs raised and slightly ajar. This is the position for the receiving partner during the sexual position.
Step2
Instruct your partner to lay perpendicular to you. Then have him rotate his groin so that his penis is facing your vagina.
Step3
Lower your legs so that they wrap over the male's legs, forming an archway.
Step4
Encourage the male to insert his penis into your vagina. Then continue to have intercourse as you normally find pleasurable.

Tips & Warnings

  • The T-square position can also be performed during homosexual sex. Simply substitute a male's anus for the female's vagina on the receiving end. Also, for sex between women, strap-ons or other toys can be utilized in this position.
  • This is a popular position for women who are pregnant or if one or more partners in the relationship is significantly overweight.
  • Pillows, blankets or other bedding can be a helpful aid to the receiver when they place them under the small of their back.
  • Always practice safe sex and if you've had a recent medical condition, be sure to get clearance from your doctor before resuming sexual activity.
