How to Sign Up for a Verizon FiOS Bundle

Verizon is a company that now offers fiber-optic cable and Internet services to home users. Verizon promises that they provide high-quality digital programming along with one of the fastest Internet services around. Verizon's bundle packages are a promotional opportunity open to new FiOS subscribers.

Instructions

    • 1

Visit the Verizon website. Select the "Bundles" tab at the top of the homepage to continue.

    • 2

Answer whether you are a new or existing Verizon customer. The answer to this query allows Verizon to offer you the services that you do not subscribe to yet.

    • 3

Enter your home address. This information is required in order to let Verizon know if FiOS is available at your current address. FiOS TV is not yet available at all addresses and can be substituted with satellite TV if unavailable.

    • 4

Choose the FiOS bundle that best suits your needs. There is a double, triple and ultimate play package. Each package consists of FiOS Internet, home phone, wireless phone and TV.

    • 5

Set up an installation date. Once you pick the desired package, you can pick a time and date online of when an installer can come to your home.

Verizon does NOT have FIOS in many areas. You call number on their flyer 888-591-6110 but it takes you to accounting dept and they get mad cuz you don't have an acct no. How could u if u haven't signed up yet. They transfer you to sales which only handles Massachusettes. huh? They in turn transfer you to your state. After 25 min of all this transfering and being on hold u find out they don't have FIOS in your area. If u are deaf, u don't need a phone and they won't give u a price for just TV & internet. They say u have to call Direct TV for TV and pay $40 for internet via Verizon. More calls! More holding!! If u ask questions or leave messages on their site, they NEVER reply. What 'great' customer service. We'll just stick with Brighthouse. They answer all questions online.
