Things You'll Need:
- Large bowl or bin
- Stones
- Epsom salts
- Peppermint extract

-
Step 1
Take out a large bowl or bin to use as a foot bath. Alternatively, consider purchasing an electric foot bath that heats water and has a whirlpool feature.
-
Step 2
Put a layer of stones on the bottom of your foot bath. The stones massage your feet naturally.
-
Step 3
Fill the tub with enough warm water to cover your ankles. Add 1/2 cup Epsom salts to the water.
-
Step 4
Place 5 drops of peppermint extract and 3 drops of tea tree oil in the water. Use your hand to mix the water.
-
Step 5
Soak your feet in the water. Turn on the whirlpool feature if available. Rub the soles of your feet over the stones.
-
Step 6
Remove your feet after 15 minutes of soaking. Dry feet with a warm towel.
-
Step 7
Massage your feet with moisturizing lotion to prevent dryness. Repeat the bunion treatment bath several times per week.
