  • ½ cup fresh ginger root, grated
  • 1 tbsp. dried lemon verbena
  • 1 tbsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. dried lavender
  • ¾ cups Epsom salts
  • ½ cup sea salt
  • ½ cup chamomile
  • ½ cup lavender
  • 15 drops lavender essential oil
  • 1 tsp. dried rose petals
  • 1 tsp. dried lavender flowers
  • ½ tsp. dried lemon balm
  • ¼ tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp. dried mint leaves
  • 2 drops rose essential oil
  • 4 drops lavender essential oil
  • 1 drop patchouli essential oil

Instructions

  1. Regular Tranquility Bath Tea

      Mix the ginger root and the dried herbs together in a small bowl.

      Put the ingredients in a tea bag made of muslin or cheesecloth.

      Mix and match the dried herbs according to your preferences. Try any combination of peppermint, spearmint, lemon balm, goldenseal root, chamomile or sweet marjoram.

      Tie a long piece of ribbon around the top of the bag and hang the tea bag from the faucet of your bath tub so the hot water will run through the bag as the tub is filling.
