In a small bowl, mix the picante sauce, brown sugar, and mustard.

Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Pour the picante mix over the chicken breasts. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink and the insides are white.

Serve with 3 cups of cooked white rice.
Tips & Warnings
For extra flavor, you can top the chicken with some shredded sharp cheddar just before it comes out of the oven.
You can also serve this dish with some tortilla chips on the side or place some tortilla chips on top of the chicken after placing a serving on your plate.
Be careful not to cook too long as the sauce may dissipate or it may begin to stick to the baking dish.
