How to Fried potatoes with pickling spices

This recipe is great with corned beef roast!!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 10 medium white potatoes peeled cut to cubes
  • 2 TBS pickling spices (Look for my pickling spice mix recipe)
  • 3 cubes beef bouillon
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 cups water
  • 3 TBS olive oil

Step1
Add first 5 ingredient into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to medium high and let it cook till potatoes are tender.
Step2
Drain the potato in strainer then return to the pan and leave it stand for about 10 minutes.
Step3
Heat the olive oil in a big frying pan, add the potatoes and fry for about 5 minutes. Serve hot!
