Things You'll Need:
- Chili without beans
- Shredded cheese
- Cream cheese (1 brick)
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped lettuce
- Low carb tortilla chips
- 1 microwaveable dish
- Microwave

Step 1
Leave let cream cheese come to room temperature. Then spread it all along the bottom of the dish.

Step 2
Add chili so that it covers the cream cheese.

Step 3
Add shredded cheese--the more the merrier--to cover the chili.

Step 4
Put in microwave until the cheese bubbles.

Step 5
Remove the dish and add the lettuce to cover and sprinkle with tomatoes.

Serve with low carb tortilla chips or scoops.
