Low carb diets are great; but snacking can wreck all your good work if you aren't smart about it. Here is a great party dip that won't wreck your diet!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Chili without beans
  • Shredded cheese
  • Cream cheese (1 brick)
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Low carb tortilla chips
  • 1 microwaveable dish
  • Microwave

    How To Make A Great Low Carb Party Dip

  1. Step 1

    Leave let cream cheese come to room temperature. Then spread it all along the bottom of the dish.

  2. Step 2

    Add chili so that it covers the cream cheese.

  3. Step 3

    Add shredded cheese--the more the merrier--to cover the chili.

  4. Step 4

    Put in microwave until the cheese bubbles.

  5. Step 5

    Remove the dish and add the lettuce to cover and sprinkle with tomatoes.

  6. Step 6

    Serve with low carb tortilla chips or scoops.

Tips & Warnings
  • Feel free to use spicy cheese as your shredded cheese!
  • Some people like to add sliced olives as well as the tomatoes.
  • Some people even like to decorate the dish by standing up tortilla chips all along the edges around the container.
  • Be careful. The dish will be hot from the microwave!
