1
Place beads on the head pins. Headpins come in different lengths so be sure you get ones that are long enough to fit your beads. Leave about ¼ inch at the top. If the headpins are too long, cut them down.
-
2
Bend tip of headpins to about a 45-degree angle.
-
-
3
Pinch the tip of the headpin with round nose pliers.
-
4
Turn wire with pliers to form a loop.
-
5
Use pliers to open loop slightly by pushing wire back. Place wire through the loop of the earring wire and close the loop.

Thanks for the article. A friend of my daughters came over last week, wearing some she made. We bought all the supplies, she wasn't with us, and I was hoping I got them all. After reading your article, I see that I did. When her friend comes over again on Tuesday we are going to learn how to make these. I see this is going to be a great gift idea, since I have two girls and maybe even make a little money on the side. -
