Birth control pills are not fit for everyone.
Some women who uses birth control pills are gaining weight and become overweight in the long run.
One woman told me that birth control pills made her sleepy and gain appetite in eating.
So she did escaped in getting pregnant but got a worst substitute for pregnancy.
The results are worst than pregnancy.
So you need to watch what types of pills and drugs fits to your system.
Try the natural way to control pregnancy.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Watch your health in taking pills.

It is not safe to just take whatever you feel that you will need it. Watch out for the side effects and decide if you are willing to go blind just to stay active in everyday lives. The medicine has its own side effects no matter how simple the drug is or prescriptions.

There are times that you want to get rid of your warts but then you might also get burn of doing it and perhaps leave a bad scar. So you will decide if you like to have a scar just to get rid of your wrinkles. You always have choices but at least you will watch others results also before jumping to the drugs yourself.

  2. Step 2

Do not sleep with your partner if you are fertile.

Birth Controls can sometimes messed up your plan of not getting pregnant most especially if you are fertile and then you forget to take your pills, the best way is to just skip your intimate activity if you "women" are Fertile.

  3. Step 3

Limit your sexual activities if you are trying to avoid getting pregnant.

Some women get pregnant so easy and without any contraception, you will be heading to the pregnantiation world--hehehe. So controling your sexual activities will minimuze the chances of getting pregnate without planning.

on 6/16/2008 (mybirthcontrolstore.com)- Birth control pills may cause weight gain. It can not denied that pills containing high doses of estrogen may cause fluid retention in the body, specially if the pill has 50 mcgm estrogen or more. How it happens? Well, high doses of estrogen stimulate kidney-substances like renin-angiotensin, which is responsible for water retention that again causes sodium (salt) retention that ultimately causes the weight gain. Studies on different levels of estrogen based birth control pills revealed that pills having less than 20 mcgm estrogen reduce weight, 30 mcgm pills make no difference in the weight or nominal loss of weight whereas 50 mcgm pills cause fluid retention and weight gain.

on 5/27/2008 Natural family planning, or the Fertility Awareness Method, are much better for you than artificial birth control.
