How to Ghost Hunt in New Hampshire

Step1
The witch trials weren't limited to just Salem! The hysteria in Massachusetts boiled over into Hampton Beach. A woman thought to be a witch was buried with a stake through her heart and her body has been moved many times. It is her ghost that is said to haunt Island Path Road. Lights flicker and the apparition of Goody Cole scares off tourists. Spooky!
Step2
Reserve a room at the Mount Washington Hotel in Twin Mountain to experience the ghost of Princess Caroline. This ghost is said to write on walls and guests in Room 206 have to share their room with a ghostly presence. Spend some time in the Madison room while you are there to hear the otherworldly cries of a baby.
Step3
Vale Cemetery in Wilton is a great place to try to catch spirits with your camera or tape recorder. Blue lights are said to rise from a gravestone and shadows and mist are a regular occurrence there. Check it out.
Step4
Take a trip to Milford to experience the ghostly presence of a little girl at The Burns House. Abandoned for many years, locals have captured the image of a girl on the second floor.
