Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • A large basket
  • A folder organizer
  • A clothes hook
Step1
Choose a corner or small space for your kids' things.
Step2
Place a basket on the floor for their backpacks.
Step3
Hang a folder organizer on the wall for folders for their homework after it has been completed and checked and for things like permission slips.
Step4
Add a clothes hook for coats, scarves, hats, or whatever else your kids need for school.
Step5
Instruct your children to put their school things in their "school corner" unless they are using them.

Tips & Warnings

  • Keep on your kids to put things in their school corner if they start to let it slide
  • Add a mat on the floor for muddy shoes
  • Keep the school corner near the door for the best effect
  • Don't forget to check the folder for permission slips!
