Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Look: Hardy stands out from many other superstars. He wears baggy pants to the ring and dyes his hair in a multitude of colors. He also sports many other accessories, including the sleeves that he puts onto his arms. They for to the skin and are in different colors, but with a ton of holes in them. He wears them in almost every match and are a must when duplicating Hardy.

  2. Step 2

Entrance: Hardy’s entrance involves him dancing to get pumped up. As soon as his entrance music plays he comes out with his hands wailing in the air, and many other fans copying him. His hand stance is simple. He makes a gun shape with his point finger, middle finger and thumb. Then he swings it into the air and across his face.

  3. Step 3

Wrestling: Hardy was one of the innovators of the tag team ladder match. With his brother Matt they have participated in many ladder matches, flying off of the top and risking their lives with every move. One of the most memorable was TLC II at Wrestlemania 16, where Hardy flew off the top of a ladder and put Bubba Ray Dudley through a couple of tables.

  4. Step 4

Signature Moves: Hardy has many signature moves that he uses in the ring against opponents. When he is on the outside he has been known to run across the guardrail and leap onto opponents. He has performed multiple leg drops off the top ropes onto his opponents, and for an alternative to his finisher, he does the Twist of Fate, which is a variation on the Neck Breaker.

  5. Step 5

Finisher: Jeff Hardy’s finisher is a high risk maneuver performed from the top rope. When an opponent is lying on the ground, you climb to the top rope face your opponent and flip down landing on your back. You need to have good aim with this one because if you miss, your opponent could easily win.

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not attempt to try any of these moves unless you are professionally trained in the wrestling ring.
