Football fans have the NFL Superbowl; Baseball Fans have the World Series. The one event that wrestling fans look forward to every year is Wrestlemania. Throughout history, Wrestlemania has provided wrestling fans with some of Sports Entertainment’s greatest moments like Hulk Hogan body slamming Andre the Giant, Stone Cold Steve Austin defeating Shawn Michaels, and Edge spearing Mick Foley through a flaming table. One of the best ways to both celebrate and watch Wrestlemania is to host your own Wrestlemania party. Read on to learn how.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Theme: Just having Wrestlemania as a theme is good enough; but you could even go the extra step and create a different kind of theme. For ECW fans, you can decorate your house with fake barbed wire, steel chairs and even a wooden table. You could do a red WWE Raw theme and turn your living room into a fake wrestling ring.

  2. Step 2

Wrestler Themes: Instead of just focusing on a WWE brand, you can actually create themes based off of your favorite wrestler. Turn your living room into a fake graveyard with a Undertaker theme. Or, thug it out with a mix and marine and rapper memorabilia for John Cena. Many wrestlers have specific things that you can cater to when decorating your house.

  3. Step 3

Costumes: To take the party one step further you can require all of the guests to dress up as their favorite wrestlers. Whether they are wearing an afro wig for Carlito or dyed their hair like Jeff Hardy, it would be fun to have everyone dress up.

  4. Step 4

Food: The food you have can be much like the food at a Superbowl party: some nachos and pizza or chicken wings and a lot of drinks. You can even take the extra step and create WWE-themed foods like the Stone Cold Steve Asparagus or the Triple H-ot Wings. You can creative with things and do fun plays on names.

  5. Step 5

Pre-Show: Before the event begins you should start a fun pool to keep it interactive. Have everyone at the party predict each match on who will win, how they will win and in case of a tie, list the amount of time. As you go through Wrestlemania, you can tally up who is winning and maybe even offer a WWE-themed prize.

  6. Step 6

During the show, let everyone get rowdy when cheering or booing wrestlers. This will make the event more fun and unless they begin breaking things, do not worry too much. Wrestlemania is only once a year.
