How to Make Pistachio Chicken Bake

Pistachio nuts are delicious enough on their own; but when they are mixed with a juicy Chicken breast, you can have a memorable meal that will please the whole family. Read on to learn how.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp. of melted butter
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachio nuts
  • 2 tbsp. of parmesan cheese
  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Step 2

    Get 4 pieces of foil ready. Use 1 for each chicken breast. Place a piece of chicken on each one of the 4 foils. Put a little bit of the melted butter around each chicken breast.

  3. Step 3

    Wrap the chicken up inside of the foil and place all 4 pieces onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 35 minutes. While the chicken is baking, you can chop up the pistachios if you have not already.

  4. Step 4

    Remove the chicken form the oven and open the foil. Sprinkle on the nuts and place inside of the oven for about 5 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Pull the chicken out again and sprinkle them with the cheese. It is now ready for serving.

  6. Step 6

    The total time that it takes to cook this meal is around 40 minutes. This meal will make four servings of chicken.
