How to Make eggplant appetizer

Eggplant is full of vitamins.
Making it as appetizer is easy.
Get the eggplant and stem it.
Peel off the skin then put vinegar and salt in it.
Slice some spices and season it.
Eggplant salad is ready to eat.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Steam eggplant in a pot of water.

    You can boil your eggplants or steamed in just couple of minutes or grill them. Or perhaps you can fry it quick or whatever way that you like as long as it will ended up cook in your table.

  2. Step 2

    Peel off the skin.

    You can peel the skin off most especially if you are grilling the eggplants through open fire or grill. Or even steamed eggplants, you can take out the upper thin skin if you do not like to include the skin in your appetizer.

  3. Step 3

    Mix it with spices, vinegar and other seasoning.

    After cooking the eggplants, you can then sprinkle them with salt or other flavors that you like to taste for your appetizer like vinegar or chili peppers.

  4. Step 4

    This recipe is very easy and it should not take one hour for you to prepare this one unless if you are in a slow motion while preparing your eggplant appetizer.
