Start taking folic acid. Folic acid is very healthy for unborn child. Taking it before conceiving can get things better prepared in there for your baby and will start giving your child the nutrients it needs - as soon as it needs them!
Step2
Do not get up right away after you have sex. Lay there for 15 to 20 minutes. Some women have had success by putting their legs up in the air or laying a pillow under their pelvic area during intercourse to elevate the vagina which helps the sperm make its way to the egg easier and faster.
Step3
Have intercourse during ovulation. Ovulation usually occurs 14 days before the day of your expected period. You can buy over the counter ovulation kits to test yourself with. Also, if you check your temperature everyday for a month, your temperature is said to rise on the day or days of your ovulation.
Step4
Caffiene restricts blood flow to the uterus. So if you drink alot of caffiene, it is time to cut back!
Step5
Keep your vagina sperm friendly! Don't use douche, don't have any saliva in there or around there before he ejaculates because yes, saliva is said to kill sperm. Vaginal sprays and scented tampons can also leave particles behind that can kill sperm. So keep everything natural.
Tips & Warnings
Make sure you keep notes of your periods on a calendar so you don't get dates mixed up.

Seriously, who writes these things? "Get things better prepared in there..." "Don't have any saliva in there..." I'm amazed at the level of technical information on this page.
